| Envisioning |
| During this phase, we work with you to define the vision and scope of the solution based
on your requirements and business needs. We jointly determine the goals, objectives,
assumptions and constraints and document the solution. |
| Planning |
| During the planning cycle we build on the Envisioning phase by specifying, in detail, the
exact requirements, design, project plan and deliverables. The main output of this phase
is a detailed requirements and design specification document that will provide the road
map for the remainder of the project. |
