Tax Automation's prize draw winner
On 25th September 2006, Tax Automation sponsored the LexisNexis conference "Tax Efficient
Investment in UK Real Estate: Current tax planning techniques and practice" held in London
at the Holiday Inn, Regents Park.
The day was a great success and enjoyed by all attending. Expert speakers from a variety
of sectors including the Big 4 and legal profession discussed areas such as current tax
planning techniques and extracting maximum tax efficiency in UK real state along with
optimum property ownership structures and tax consequences of different holding vehicles,
from LLPs to REITs.
Tax Automation's prize draw was won by Gareth Lewis, Director of Finance and Investment at
the British Property Federation.
